Product will not be exchanged/returned in case of size issue. Make sure to check size chart mentioned along with the product. Feel free to contact us for any further assistance. You can also customise size.
Customised orders require pre-payment.
Orders worth more than 10,000/- rupees are not eligible for cash on delivery and requires pre-payment.
If the order is refused at the time of delivery then next time your order will not be entertained on cash on delivery. It will be processed on bank transfer/ easypaisa.
No refund on customised orders.
No refunds if customer provides misinformation/ improper measurements for customised orders.
No returns or refund on regular articles except for if flaws in workmanship are found.Change of mind is not applicable.
If you want to alter your dress you can dispatch us that article and delivery charges will be on customer except if flaws is from our side.
We have made every effort to provide complete information about every item in description. If you have queries we will guide you about product. So we are not liable if that the quality of any item or material you purchased will meet your expectations.
Refund will only be provided in the form of store credit/ gift card.
Upon receiving your order, please thoroughly check the delivered items. Should you receive an item that is defective, incorrect or missing an article. Please inbox us or send email to infopegasuspk@gmail.com ( with your invoice number and picture of invoice attached).
Returns that are soiled, damaged, altered, without our packaging or worn will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
Only unworn items will be accepted for exchange within 1 week after the item was delivered to you. Customized items will not be returned/exchanged.
